Refund Policy

REDUND FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Members are required to pay a non-refundable fee for the association . The fee once paid will not be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future.

In case of any participant found to have paid more fee than prescribed, due to technical reason and on receiving the communication from the said applicant, the said extra payment, if found, shall be refunded to the same origin from which the payment is received. Service fees will be deducted.

Recurring memberships automatically renew from registration date (monthly, six-months or yearly) and will be charged to the member’s credit card on file.

Please note that if you are planning to cancel your membership then kindly inform us as soon as possible.

According to German laws, the association requires to receive the cancellation request a month in advance. This allows us to cancel your annual fee subscription. Once you have paid the membership fee, then its not possible for us to refund you that amount.

Monthly, Six-Months or Yearly Plans: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must go into your online account and cancel your membership prior to your membership renewal date. Click on the ACCOUNT button on appseurope.org and click on View Plan Details. Please include your reasons for canceling. This includes all personal reasons including injury.

APPS Europe may terminate the membership and these terms if it is unable to renew the membership based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.

APPS Europe will provide at least thirty (30) calendar days notice before an increase in membership fees for a subsequent subscription.

These above policies apply to all APPS Europe membership fees. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
